It is often difficult to locate a good, reliable contractor for small jobs. My wife and I had a list of odd jobs we needed taken care of around the house…..new sink faucets…..sheet rock repairs…..light fixtures to be installed…..damaged door trim work, etc. We recommend Chris Klein….. Warrior Construction…..who along with his father, has been in construction for several years. We found Chris to be experienced in electrical…..plumbing…..carpentry…..painting…..sheet rock repair, etc. He is very reliable and will even return a phone call or call if he is not coming or arriving later that he planned.

Thank you so much for your opinion. We value your advice and appreciate your honesty!! THANK YOU THANK YOU! I trust our Realtor but maybe he just wants the sale price to be as high as possible for his own commission, so thanks for looking out for us. He was the one that pushed to get a home inspection and wants us to do all the repairs needed prior to listing which is money out of our pockets but makes the sale price higher. Your advice helps us rethink some of the repairs needed. Let us know what you think about the list of items in the other e-mail I sent whenever you get a chance. This is our first experience in selling a home so we really appreciate your honest advice. Every penny is precious with one income and a baby on the way.
